TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS FOR THE REGISTRATION


There are three types of presentations available in the 2nd International Conference on Global Warming and Climate Change 2019, and you can register for the conference by selecting your preferred presentation type. The main presentation types are Oral, Poster, and Virtual. In addition to the presentation types you can register for the conference as an Attendee. For all these types you can register as a group in special registration fee.

Registration fee includes: Oral Presenters

  • Presentation slot (15min – 20min) – Not applicable for Non presenters
  • 4 Refreshments (Morning and Evening) and 2 Lunches
  • 1 Dinner with Cultural Show
  • Abstract Book (Hard Copy)
  • Copy of Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
  • Conference Bag
  • Certificate for making a presentation
  • Notebook
  • Pen
  • Conference schedule handout
  • Eligibility for all technical sessions and workshops inside the conference
  • An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings.
  • An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
  • Conference photo coverage

Poster Presenters – Registration fee includes: 

  • Presentation slot (10min) – Not applicable for Non presenters
  • 4 Refreshments (Morning and Evening) and 2 Lunches
  • 1 Dinner with Cultural Show
  • Abstract Book (Hard Copy)
  • Copy of Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
  • Conference Bag
  • Certificate for making a presentation
  • Notebook

Non Presenters / Listener – Registration fee includes:

VIRTUAL PRESENTERS

There are two types of virtual presentations available.

  • Live Video Presentation via 3CX
  • Power Point Virtual Presentation

If you wish to be a Live Video Presenter via 3CX at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee.

  • Presentation slot with Q and A session (15 – 20min)
  • Abstract Book (Hard Copy)
  • Conference Bag
  • Certificate for Presentation
  • Notebook
  • Pen
  • Conference schedule handout
  • An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings
  • An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals

 

If you wish to be a Power Point Virtual Presenter at the conference, the following things are included in your registration fee.

 

Registration fee includes: Virtual Presenters – Power Point Virtual Presentation

  • Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
  • An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings.
  • An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
  • An author certificate as a virtual presenter, Book of Abstract and Conference materials will be posted to every virtual presenter after the conference.

About Group Registration

  • Group registration is applicable to any of the above presentation types.
  • You are eligible for discounted rate on the registration fee, if you are a group of 5 persons, minimum.
  • If your group comprises of more than 10 people please contact our organizing committee for higher percentage on the discount rate.
  • Please note the group members should be from an organization/institution.
  • Discounted Registration for five (5) or more participants from the same organization/institution.
  • The benefits for the Group Registration will be decided based on your presentation type(Oral/Poster/Listener/Virtual)

Special Note

Once you selected your presentation type (oral/poster/virtual/listener) and Individual/Group registration you can select your   Registration fee category, register online for the conference and make the payment to confirm your participation for the conference.

REGISTRATION FEES

Guidelines to select the registration fee

 

  • If you are Oral Presenter or as a Poster presenter you should register as a delegate/student.
  • If you are a listener you should register as an attendee.
  • • However, if you cannot participate but still would want to present at the 2nd International Conference on Global Warming and Climate Change 2019 (GlobeWarm ‘19) you can select the virtual presenter option.
  • The registration fee is based on your citizenship, not nationality.

If you are presenting more than one paper,

The Author can present only three papers in maximum. If you are presenting more than one paper at the conference;
  • You have to pay the full amount for the first paper.
  • If other papers are oral or poster, then you have to pay additional 100USD for each paper.
  • Confirmation on the number of papers should be given to the Conference Secretary two weeks prior to the final payment deadline.
  • If you have more than 3 papers, the additional paper can be presented by another group of Co – Authors on full registration.

Group, Co-authors and Discount

 You are eligible for discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of 5 persons and/or more or a co-author of a paper presentation.

If your group comprises of more than 10 people please contact our organizing committee for higher percentage on the discount rate.
